• 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Pacific Time

Because trade opportunities show up often, there is no need to be available the entire time. Many people trade for 30 minutes during that time and are done.

Though some of our traders are legally allowed to give financial advice in certain financial areas and countries, none of what happens at Binary Masterclass is financial advice. You will see the exact trades that the traders place before they place them and you are allowed to take the exact same trade, but at no time should anything that any of our traders say be misconstrued as explicit advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any tradeable instrument.

We take pride in how much support we provide for people. In addition to an ever-improving Knowledge Base where you can find a lot of answers quickly and easily on your own, you can also contact us at any time. Your membership level determines the priority of response, but we almost never take longer than 1 business day to respond to any email. You can find our contact information on every page of our website and Member's Area to quickly get in contact with us. There are also regular webinars that we offer, which gives people more opportunity to get questions answered. Furthermore, we are always looking for quality feedback that makes necessary information for our members even more accessible, and therefore we are always grateful for any quality feedback you have to offer.

This is an important question and can be found in our Refund Policy at the footer of every page. Here is an excerpt from that policy.

Since the Website (www.binarymasterclass.com) offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing your monthly memberships or other products on the Website. You may cancel your monthly membership any time you would like to avoid being charged the following month by navigating to the "Options" menu in the header of the Member Area. Then click on "Cancel Membership." Fill out the accompanying form, submit it and your membership will be cancelled. You will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle. Please make sure that you've carefully read the product description before making a purchase.

Any charges that may occur after having submitted the membership cancellation form will be refunded without questions asked.

We have specifically streamlined the training to only give you the information that is necessary to be successful. No extra information to distract you. In other words, it shouldn't take you more than 2 hours to get everything set up and learn the strategy.

Our moderators all have at least 15 years of trading experience, we can get you more information about anything if you need.

The Basic Membership gives you access to the trading room for 1 session per day, which lasts up to 1 hour each day. You can join as many days as you would like.
